You can place an order in our online store. Currently, we only deliver orders within EU.
All products in our online store include 24% VAT. Books 10% VAT.
The price of each product and possible delivery costs are stated in the shopping cart -page.
You can place an order in the online store either by registering as an online store user or without registration. The order placed binds the customer. The customer agrees to the delivery terms valid for each order.
When you register as a customer of our online store, you will be asked for your name, address information, telephone number and e-mail address. Please check that your information is correct.
We may only use the customer information contained in the register in electronic direct marketing if you give us permission to do so. We do not share your information with third parties. If you wish, you can let us know if you no longer want our marketing messages.
Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address of the order after the order has been confirmed. So make sure the information is correct.
We always strive to deliver the orders we receive as quickly as possible.
In Finland, orders are delivered by Posti. The normal delivery time for the order is 2-4 business days. Delivery times in sparsely populated areas may differ.
Vuoma Company is not responsible for delays in delivery that are independent of the online store. Please note that the above delivery time is indicative and in some cases orders may be delayed for reasons beyond the control of the shipper.
All deliveries in Finland are €6.90. The delivery for posters is also €6.90. Posters are always delivered as a separate package. Therefore, if ordered with other items, the delivery price for a poster is added to the delivery costs of the other items.
The delivery price for EU countries is €19.90. When ever the total puchase exceeds €100.00 the delivery is free of charge.
Special campaign prices are mentioned separately. Delivery costs are confirmed at the checkout after selecting the payment method and delivery method.
Product returns and complaints
The products you buy from the online store have a 14-day right of exchange and return in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The 14 day return period starts when you receive your order.
Please note that the right of return only applies to unused products and products that are suitable for sale. The manufacturer's product labels must also be originally affixed. We will not accept returns for 14 days after the return period has expired. In case of return, the returner of the product pays the costs of the shipment.
In the event of a refund, the money will be returned to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
To return a product, follow these steps:
Pack the product in the original or equivalent package.

The processing time for returns is approximately 14 days from the time we receive your return.
A common practice in complaint cases is to repair the product or replace the product with a new one.
In other problem situations, such as loss or damage to the shipment, you are obliged to notify us within 14 days. If the product has been damaged during transport, please file a complaint with the transport company immediately upon arrival of the shipment.
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit sard statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant.

The online store acts as a marketer of products and services and as a supplier of products to the customer. The online store takes care of the statutory and other obligations related to the transaction. If you want to complain or return the product, contact Vuoma Company directly.
You have payment buttons for all Finnish banks at your disposal. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP Bank, Säästöpankki, S-pank and Ålandsbanken. Checkout Finland Oy appears as the payee on your account statement, we forward your payment to the online merchant. From the online store, you will be directed directly to your own bank to make the payment securely.

Credit card payments
You can pay online with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express cards. The online store uses international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services. Checkout appears as the payee on the card invoice and forwards the payment card payment paid by the customer directly to the merchant. Card payments are made securely using a secure payment form and payment card information is not stored in e-commerce systems.
