If you're planning to complete the legendary Hetta–Pallas hike, this map will help you do it safely — and includes a stylish fabric badge as a memento of your great achievement!
This map covers the stunning Pallas national landscape and the northern part of Pallas–Yllästunturi National Park, making it an excellent planning tool for various hikes and trekking trips. With this map, you can easily plan daily stages of the Hetta–Pallas trail.
The hiking map is at a scale of 1:50,000 (1 cm on the map equals 500 meters in terrain) and includes more detailed maps of the Pallas and Hetta areas at a scale of 1:25,000. The Olos ski resort and all its routes are also fully included.
In the north, the map shows the village center of Hetta in Enontekiö, along with northern circular routes and Lake Vuontisjärvi. On the eastern edge, you’ll find Peltovuoma, Raattama, and Lake Pallasjärvi. The western edge includes the village of Muonio, while in the south the map extends to Äkäskero and Äkäsmylly.
The map is based on topographic data from the National Land Survey of Finland, enhanced with hiking information such as marked trails, rest areas, and service points.
Printed on lightweight and waterproof Tyvek material, the map is highly durable, fold-resistant, and dries quickly.
